Mark & Michelle Weekdays - 6am - 10am

God called Mark & Michelle to begin the ministry of "The Fix" in September of 1996. You can hear them every morning from 6am till 10am on the "Morning Fix". They're always good for a silly joke, secret sound, things that make you go hmm or any manner of craziness. But, their main focus is to encourage and strengthen believers and non-believers alike, and let them know that serving God is a blast!

Michelle Weekdays - 10:00am - 2:00pm
We call her the "Lovely Michelle", because she is every bit of that, inside and out. When she and Mark Allen said "I Do" over 30 years ago, no one knew at the time "She did" have the enormous gift hidden inside of her to be a blessing to thousands of people every morning on the radio. When the morning show ends, Michelle continues from 10 AM to 2 PM, playing the very best in Christian music while providing her insights, perspective and warmth to all who listen.

John David - Afternoon Drive
Weekdays 2pm-6pm

John David is that amazing fun loving person you hear encouraging you every weekday afternoon. John has been a part of The Fix dating back to the early years. He is a native of the Shoals. He loves the opportunity to play great music and connect with listeners in the afternoons on the FIX. John David is a Pastor in Athens Al, a worship leader, song writer, danger expert, husband to a very patient wife and father to an amazing daughter.

John Rogers - Weeknights 6pm till Midnight and Saturday Morning Rewind

Long time radio veteran adding his distinctive voice and unique perspective to the FIX NIGHTTIME from 6pm- midnight.

James Dancer

James Dancer has been involved with The Fix ministry for over 20 years. He grew up in Haleyville, AL and remembers listening to the likes of David Michael and Mike West during the early years of The Fix when he was a teenager. James is married to Heather Dancer from Phil Campbell and they have 3 children….Lydia, Isabella, & Preston. With a background in radio and serving in different churches as a Youth Pastor, James brings his experiences in ministry and radio to The Fix

Casey Jones

If there is a bigger LSU fan on the planet we don't know about it. But, Casey loves The Lord much, much more. Casey is the real deal, growing up in New Orleans made for a spicey upbringing. Now Casey Takes all that energy and enthusiasm and uses it for God right here on "The Fix". That's why we call him the "Praisin' Cajun.

Richard Parker

Richard Parker has been a youth minister in the Shoals Area for over 46 years. For the past 11 years he has served as Associate Pastor and Youth Minister at Branches Church in Russellville, AL. Richard has written many youth bible studies for YM 360, including"Reach" and all the special occasion lessons. He also wrote the youth version bible study for the movie "I Can Only Imagine". He enjoys doing PA for Russelville High School football and basketball. Richard has been a fixture in Christian Radio for decades and we love when he drops by the Fix Morning Show from time to time. He and his wife Amy have two daughters, Lauren and Leah, and grandkids.
